Case study · Gaming chairs and community seeding
AndaSeat: putting the Kaiser chair where Geometry Dash fans already watch
A product seeding example. The campaign owner supplied the context; the public numbers come from YouTube.
1. Why this community
Gaming chairs are a crowded category. Many models look alike in a product listing, and a standard chair ad asks a viewer to care about a brand they have no reason to remember.
Geometry Dash is a tight-knit community of players who spend long sessions in front of a screen and watch streamers closely. Per the campaign owner, AndaSeat seeded the Kaiser chair to a creator in that community. Seeding means supplying the product so it can appear in the creator's own setup. We do not know the terms of the arrangement, and we do not claim any.
2. How a visible setup can help
When a chair sits in a streamer's real setup, viewers encounter the brand while watching content they already chose. Repeated visibility in that setting can build familiarity among people who were not searching for a gaming chair, giving AndaSeat another way to enter consideration beyond conventional chair advertising.
Those are potential mechanisms. A viewer who later shops for a chair may recognize the name, search for it, or add it to a shortlist of similar chairs. We have not measured any of that: no buying intent, searches, sales, conversions or causal reach.
Seeding is also not the same as paid amplification. Amplification pays to push content to more people. We are not inferring that paid ads were part of this campaign.

4. Boundaries
The views and likes describe the video, not unique viewers, peak live viewers, how many people saw the chair, or product sales. The screenshot came from the live stream and may have shown different counters, so we draw no numbers from it.
We make no claims about the chair's quality or comfort, and there is no creator testimonial. This video is not a SparkLine review, and we do not describe any SparkLine tool work on this campaign.
Gifting a product can be a material connection between a brand and a creator. Where one exists, it should be disclosed clearly to viewers.
5. Takeaway
In a category where products look alike, ask where your buyers already spend their attention. A creator whose setup your audience studies can give a product a familiar first appearance. Before you seed, check that the creator's audience matches your buyer, agree on disclosure, and decide in advance what you will measure, such as branded search or shortlist mentions, since views alone will not tell you.
